TikViewer is a web tool that turns a public TikTok link into a downloadable MP4. You paste a URL, we fetch that video and store it privately, and you get a download link that works for one hour. It runs in your browser — there is no app or extension — and you never hand over a TikTok login. Single-video downloads are free and need no account; credits are for batch downloads and comment exports.

No. TikViewer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is their trademark, not ours.

Public videos, for your own use. The video still belongs to whoever made it, and TikTok's terms still apply to you. Do not re-upload someone else's work, strip their credit, or use it commercially without their permission. If you are not sure you have the right to keep a video, you probably do not.

No. You get the video as TikTok serves it, watermark included. Anything that claims to strip it is either re-encoding your video or getting it somewhere we are not willing to go.

The best MP4 TikTok offers for that video, which for most posts is the original upload quality. There is no quality picker, because picking anything below the best one is not a feature anybody wants.

Only long enough to hand them to you. The download link is signed, private, and expires after an hour, and the stored file is deleted within a day. We do not build a library of what you downloaded and we do not resell it.

Almost always because the video is not public — private accounts, deleted posts, and region-locked videos cannot be fetched, since we only see what any logged-out visitor sees. Very long videos can also time out. Single-file downloads are free whether they succeed or fail.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Credits you have already bought stay yours.
